Ordering with 100buy and keeping your options open
A practical order walkthrough using a bag with a detachable strap. The sequence follows 100buy’s public purchase and warehouse guidance; the example explains decisions rather than promising a particular product or outcome.
01
Save what the seller says is included
For a bag with a detachable strap, check the option you are buying rather than relying on every object in the promotional photograph. Record the chosen colour, dimensions, quantity and included pieces. A saved listing and option screenshot make it easier to explain a later missing-part claim without arguing from memory.

Plan the evidence before a problem occurs
Save the seller’s product description, option, quantity and stated return conditions. Decide which features are essential to you: a working fastening, complete set or correct model. That makes it possible to describe a later mismatch without relying on a changed listing or an impression of quality.
02
Place a precise order through 100buy
Open the seller link in the agent’s search and confirm that the loaded item matches your record. Recheck the variant and domestic shipping before payment. Ask a narrow question if the listing is unclear: “Does this selected option include the long strap?” is more useful than “Is everything included?”
A payment record is not a purchase confirmation
After payment, read the order status and any request for extra information. A seller may have changed a price or run out of a variant. Ask whether the agent has placed the seller order before requesting cancellation; a paid order, a purchased order and a shipped order are different stages.
03
Understand which payment covers which stage
The product purchase and the international parcel are separate stages. Keep enough budget for overseas postage, selected services and payment conversion. A partial refund may address a small defect, but it does not automatically refund all shipping or service charges. Read the specific proposed settlement before accepting it.
Separate the proposed remedy from its net value
Write down the item amount and each transport leg before choosing a return, exchange or missing-part request. A proposed discount only helps if you would still use the item. Ask who bears each charge and what happens if the seller rejects the returned item; do not assume a refund includes shipping or payment costs.
04
Compare the warehouse photos with the order
Count the visible pieces, verify the selected label and inspect the fault you can actually see. Request a closer photograph if a clasp or seam is hidden. Do not turn a dark patch caused by lighting into a definite damage claim. State what is visible and what still needs checking.
Treat an unshown detail as unresolved
Compare the option, visible label, piece count and the feature at issue. If a photograph is too blurred to read, request a specific replacement or close-up. Keep the image that first raised the concern. QC is evidence about the received item, not the agent’s promise that every defect has been checked.
05
Choose a remedy that resolves the problem
A replacement strap might be more useful than returning a sound bag; the wrong item may require an exchange instead. Ask whether the seller agrees, what you must return and who pays each transport leg. The ladder describes possibilities, not rights guaranteed by the agent or a promise of approval.
Get the agreement before authorising movement
Ask the agent to record the accepted remedy, amount, required condition and shipping responsibility. Keep the item out of an international parcel while the request is unresolved. A return request alone does not mean the seller has accepted it or that money has reached your balance.
06
Release shipping after the decision is settled
Avoid submitting the disputed item in an overseas parcel while the agent is arranging a remedy. Keep written confirmation of any replacement, refund or agreed defect. After delivery, document the parcel and contents promptly and use the order’s support channel, with the order number and clear photographs attached.
Trace the outcome all the way to the refund
After agreement, retain return tracking, seller receipt and the refund transaction record. Compare the credited amount and currency with the agreement. If it differs, ask which deduction was applied. A credit in the agent balance and a withdrawal to a payment account are separate events with separate status checks.
When the listing and the order disagree
A missing piece needs the seller’s pack description and a photograph of everything received. A wrong size needs the selected size and the received label or measurement. Identify that mismatch first, then ask for one preferred remedy and a workable alternative; a dramatic complaint without the order evidence does not establish what should be put right.
Check the current service conditions inside 100buy before accepting a paid service, return arrangement or shipping quote. A dated explanation on this guide does not override the order-specific terms shown by the agent.
Questions before the first order
Does the spreadsheet sell the product?
No. It provides a discovery link and buying guidance. The seller supplies the goods, while 100buy handles the agent order and parcel services.
Does a warehouse photo guarantee quality?
It records visible details at that stage. It does not establish hidden materials, long-term durability, personal fit or every function of an item.
Is the product price the delivered total?
No. Account for domestic delivery, international shipping, selected services, payment conversion and any applicable destination charges.
Continue with partial refund trade-offs, replacement or exchange, full return conditions.
QC: turn a photograph into a decision
For an item with a missing or visibly wrong part, start with the selected option and the received item, then examine the detail that decides remedies. In buyer discussions, QC means quality-control photographs; GL and RL are shorthand for a buyer’s acceptance or concern. They are not laboratory results, an agent guarantee or a substitute for your own order instructions.
| What you find | What to establish | What to do next |
|---|---|---|
| A piece is missing from a set | Provide the selected pack quantity and one photo showing everything received. | Ask whether the seller can supply the missing piece and who pays for delivery. |
| The seller offers money to keep a flaw | Ask for the exact amount, currency and settlement conditions in writing. | Accept only if the item remains useful; no published partial-refund rate is established here. |
| A refund is agreed but no credit appears | Keep the agreement, returned-item tracking and payment record. | Ask which refund stage is pending; do not count an agreement as a completed transaction. |
A detail absent from a photo remains unverified in that photo. It does not prove that a warehouse worker skipped a check. Use the specific help page to name the missing evidence.
Fees, currency and the delivered total
For a remedy, keep the purchase total separate from the proposed refund. A seller returning the item price does not by itself establish that local postage, international shipping or payment costs will also be returned.
| Stage | Record | Why it matters |
|---|---|---|
| Original purchase | Item price, local postage and selected services | Keep the payment receipt; the listing price is not the full payment record. |
| Proposed remedy | Refund amount, return costs and any agreed deductions | Compare net recovery with the usefulness of keeping the item. |
| Settlement | Currency, destination of the credit and posting status | A promised amount and a received credit are separate evidence. |
Keep a proposed refund in its stated currency until its value and destination are clear. Compare it with the amount actually paid for that order, then list any return postage or fee separately. A refund agreement for the item price does not establish recovery of the original conversion cost, parcel freight or every other charge.
Read the remedies and agent-service notes before choosing paid options.
When this order needs a response
| Stage | Request or establish | Keep this boundary |
|---|---|---|
| Order paid, seller purchase unclear | Reconcile the payment record and ask whether cancellation is still possible before seller purchasing. | Do not make a second payment merely because a status has not changed. |
| Fault visible in the warehouse | Save the selected option, complete item view and close-up; ask the seller which remedy is available. | Do not ship the item internationally while expecting an unconfirmed domestic return. |
| Seller agrees to a remedy | Record amount, currency, shipping responsibility, deadline and whether the item must be returned. | Do not accept a partial amount without understanding what it settles. |
| Agreement made, outcome incomplete | Trace the return tracking or missing-piece dispatch and the refund credit separately. | Do not label an approved request a completed refund. |
Ask the official order support channel to identify the unresolved step: seller consent, return dispatch, seller receipt, refund processing or credit to the account. Keep the promised amount and any deductions beside that status. The remedy tool here is a discussion aid and cannot authorise a refund.
