About Make-Good: an independent remedy guide for 100buy shoppers
Make-Good is a small reader-run site with one subject: the remedies for a flawed catalog find. Here is who keeps it, how its facts are checked, and what it will not do.
About Make-Good, and who keeps it
Make-Good is an independent site, not run by 100buy. It is not an agent, a seller or a shop, it takes no orders, and it has no view of anyone’s order or account; everything it says comes from public pages and from checks anyone could repeat.
Why this site exists is narrow on purpose. There are plenty of guides to choosing finds and reading a catalog; there was very little on what to do once a find has a fault, short of sending it back. The pages here take each remedy in turn, from keeping the item to the warranty route, and say when it is in reach, who carries the request and what it costs.
How the pages are kept: every 100buy rule quoted or paraphrased here was re-read on 100buy’s help pages on 19 October 2026, and each page links to the help page behind it. Our own price check of the shipping estimate is marked as ours, with its date. Where 100buy says nothing, the text says so and describes what usually happens, never more.
The company 100buy names, and how to reach 100buy
100buy’s Service Terms give SIMPLELOGISTICS TECH LTD as the company operating the service. A search of Companies House, the UK company register, made on 19 October 2026, showed that company as active; its register entry is number 16701633. We print no address or telephone number here, and nothing on this page is a statement on 100buy’s behalf.
For an order question, use the relevant order in your official 100buy account. Its Contact Us page publishes [email protected]. The official mark used on this independent guide identifies the service being discussed; it does not give this site access to orders or make it the agent’s support team.
Order handling follows the working day in Beijing, and 100buy publishes no fixed times for its support desk, so a request sent late in your evening may only be read the next Chinese morning.
What makes a catalog guide worth trusting
Choosing a Spreadsheet site well needs no inside knowledge, only a handful of checks any reader can run in a minute. Make-Good should pass them like any other.
- Dates on its facts. A rule or a price without the day it was read is a guess about today.
- Links to its sources. A guide that paraphrases an agent’s rule should let you open the rule.
- Admitted gaps. When an agent’s pages say nothing, a useful guide says so instead of filling the silence.
- No rankings it cannot prove. Scores and best-of lists for sellers or agents rest on data nobody publishes.
- Working links. Dead catalog links mean nobody is minding the site.
What makes a useful spreadsheet site, in the end, is that it saves you a step you would otherwise get wrong. Make-Good tries to save the step after a fault appears; if you catch it failing any of the checks above, please tell us.
Comparing agents on after-sales
This site is about 100buy, but the same remedies exist wherever you buy through an agent, and comparing agents on after-sales is a sound habit. Other shopping agents work on the same pattern: they buy, receive in China, check, photograph and ship. Where they differ is in the detail of the rules.
- How long the return window is, and from which moment it counts.
- Whether the first return or exchange carries a handling charge.
- What the warehouse check covers, and what it explicitly leaves out.
- How after-delivery problems are reported, and within what time.
- Whether the agent will relay a warranty claim to the seller.
Read those five lines on any agent’s help pages before you trust it with an order you care about. An agent whose pages answer them plainly is easier to work with when something goes wrong, whatever its prices. None of it needs an account: these rules belong on public help pages, and an agent that keeps them behind a login is telling you something as well.
Dated edits to Make-Good
The latest update to this page set came on 19 October 2026, when Make-Good went up in its present form. The record for that day:
- Every 100buy help page cited on the site located again from 100buy’s public help listing and opened in a browser.
- Exchange rate example re-priced from 100buy’s shipping estimate that morning (our own check).
- Company status re-checked on the UK Companies House register; Discord invite confirmed live.
- Catalog shelf links tested for a working response.
For help with a purchase, contact 100buy through your official account. This guide cannot access orders.
How to judge this guide and a buying service
A useful Spreadsheet links to a real seller item, preserves the selected option and explains what its pictures establish. For remedies, the most useful page makes the unresolved question visible instead of replacing it with a score or a “best” label.
- Choose a seller who answers the exact product question and identifies the option, quantity and applicable remedy. A sales count or a polished gallery alone cannot confirm this.
- Compare buying services by whether they accept your item and destination, which inspection they offer, total payment cost, parcel options and written support conditions. Use a local seller when you need a physical trial, local warranty handling or a service the agent cannot confirm.
- Use the 16 categories to discover options, the buying guide for the transaction and the local tool and notes for the site’s specialist check. None of them certifies an individual seller or product.
Community feedback: what is established
During the 22 October 2026 review, public Reddit searches did not yield a sufficiently verifiable 100buy shopping case to publish here with an original post, posting date and attributable outcome. This is an evidence gap, not a positive or negative rating of the service. Experiences about another agent have not been substituted.
When checking a discussion yourself, follow the original post and its author’s later updates. Separate payment, seller procurement, warehouse storage and international transit. Note the posting date, destination, item type and any referral or sponsored relationship. A single delivery or refund story cannot establish the normal result, and an unanswered complaint does not establish its eventual outcome.
Updates and official notices
This content review was completed on 22 October 2026. It refreshed the official inspection, fee, photo-service and return articles used in the buying guide; removed repeated text pictures; and clarified decisions where the previous wording inferred an outcome without evidence. Older specialist references keep their original dates rather than being presented as newly tested.
Check 100buy’s official site for maintenance, holiday and service notices before paying or releasing a parcel.
